How ShareMiles works

  • Search intercity trips between cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • If no trip matches, request the route so Hosts can see travelers looking.
  • Request seats on a trip. The Host reviews and accepts or declines.
  • After both parties confirm the booking, WhatsApp and phone contact unlock.
  • After departure, the host closes out the trip in-app. You can share feedback and leave a star rating when prompted.

Safety tips

  • Complete profile essentials and verify email when prompted so travelers can trust your account.
  • Share trip details with a friend or family member before you travel.
  • Meet in well-lit public pickup areas and confirm the vehicle and Host match the listing.
  • Use WhatsApp for trip coordination once contact is unlocked. Report harassment or unsafe behavior immediately.

Community guidelines

  • Be respectful in WhatsApp chats and at pickup points.
  • Only share trips you are already planning to take. Do not post fake, commercial or misleading listings.
  • Honor accepted bookings or cancel early with a clear reason.
  • Ratings should reflect your genuine experience after a completed trip.

Privacy

  • Your full profile is visible to matched travelers after mutual booking confirmation.
  • Phone numbers are shared only after both the Host and Traveler confirm the seat request.

FAQ

How do I verify my mobile number?

Open Settings → Verification. Phone verification via SMS may not be available yet — add your number in basic profile setup. Numbers show as verified only when a phone verification timestamp exists on your account.

When can I contact another traveler?

WhatsApp and phone contact unlock after both parties confirm the booking.

How do trip ratings work?

After the Host closes out the trip, you can leave a 1–5 star rating with an optional short comment. Hosts also rate travelers during close-out.

How do I report or block someone?

On any booking page, use Report or Block. Blocked users cannot request your rides or view your profile.

What if no trip is listed on my route?

Search the corridor first. If nothing matches, use Request this trip from the empty results screen so Hosts can see travelers looking on that path.
