Honest listings and requests
- Ride hosts must post accurate routes, departure times, seat counts, and vehicle details.
- Passengers must request only the seats they need and show up on time at the agreed pickup area.
- Fake rides, spam, or misleading profiles may lead to permanent removal.
Safety first
- Follow traffic laws and drive responsibly. Passengers should wear seat belts.
- Report unsafe behavior, intoxicated driving, or route deviations through the in-app report tool.
- Share trip details with someone you trust before traveling.
Communication
- Use WhatsApp for trip coordination once contact details are unlocked.
- Do not share others' phone numbers or personal data outside the platform without consent.
Ratings and reviews
- Leave fair ratings only after completed trips.
- Do not use ratings to retaliate, extort, or harass.
Enforcement
- Reports are reviewed by our team. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
